Client Care Coordinator/ Technician Assistant

Full Time Position

The Role

This is a dynamic, split-role position where you’ll be the first warm welcome at the front desk and also assist with basic patient care when needed. One moment you might be answering phones and booking appointments, and the next you’ll be helping a furry friend feel safe during their visit. No two days are ever the same!

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Greet clients and their animals with a smile

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email

  • Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage client communications

  • Process invoices and payments

  • Assist veterinarians and technicians with handling animals, treatments, and basic procedures

  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly

  • Help maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
